Delivery

We recognise that prompt delivery and a quality installation are critical to your customer experience.

Our focus at Antocks Lairn is to ensure that we meet your delivery expectations and that any furniture installation is handled professionally and with due care and attention. We also recognise that it is attention to small details that can make all the difference to a job well done.

From placing your order, we start to plan your delivery by giving you an estimated delivery date for all furniture items. As some items can often be in stock before your complete order is available, we are happy to arrange partial delivery where requested, or hold all items for delivery at the same time. It is the job of our sales and customer service teams to keep you updated of any change to the schedule we agree with you, so that you can plan ahead. Inevitably orders can sometimes be delayed; however this is the exception rather than the rule at Antocks Lairn. You will also know as soon as we know if there is going to be any delay, however small, to your order delivery.

We operate our own large fleet of delivery vehicles including small vans, rigid and articulated wagons and for large deliveries we often like to arrange a pre-delivery site visit to check accessibility, so that we have no surprises on the day of delivery. Our qualified team of installers is able to advise you if they foresee any problems and help you to work out a solution i.e. where furniture looks too large to fit through main access points.

Where you have not requested installation support, our team will simply deliver your furniture flat-packed (unless you have specified pre-assembly). Where you require on-site help with your furniture installation, our team will take control, building and laying out your furniture in line with pre-agreed space plans, to ensure a hassle-free experience. We are also happy to arrange chair training on site free of charge for all users if required.

The disposal or recycling of unwanted furniture, where possible is all part of our commitment to the environment and ou dedicated after-sales service.
